Backend and platform-heavy full-stack ownership for multi-tenant safety workflows spanning policy-driven calculations, external synchronization, fine-grained authorization, data backfills, and operator-facing React experiences.

Shipped 10 production features and onboarded Blink and LEO.
Restored a production-critical missing-data path in approximately 10 hours.
Designed compliance-sensitive legal-hold recalculation across independent data domains.

Async control plane and delivery worker using PostgreSQL as a durable queue, with lease fencing, immutable accepted-work snapshots, tenant fairness, retry and circuit-breaker controls, SSRF-isolated egress, audited dead-letter replay, and bounded observability. The public suite contains 121 tests.

Privacy-First Code Quality Analyzer

Deterministic local analyzer with versioned plugin and reporting contracts, authoritative scan-health metadata, Python plus bounded Go analysis, JSON/SARIF output, enforced offline execution, privacy-safe baselines, changed-line gates, and deterministic caching. The local regression suite contains 259 tests.

Architecture boundary

Retired cross-tenant coupling

Separated Ring-specific critical-metric calculation and ticket-update behavior from shared Lab126 processing after the coupling caused defects. Refactored the Lab126 inference path to remove irrelevant Claude context and improve output relevance.

Roadmap & alignment

Moved platform opportunities into delivery

Authored phased plans for source migration and automated criticality/disposition workflows, aligned stakeholders on the direction, and secured approval to advance the source-migration initiative into detailed design.

Operational mechanism

Changed how database risk is managed

Following a production data-integrity incident, drove controls adopted across 15 database changes and backfills: formal approval, peer-reviewed SQL, recovery and rollback plans, beta/gamma rehearsal, post-change verification, and Aurora monitoring. Reviews caught four unsafe scripts before production; team alerts cut detection time by ~50%, while required recovery steps reduced time to restore a healthy state by ~30%.
